Worst iPhone setting, to me, is …

In Mail, there’s a setting for alerts for mail from VIP’s. In Sounds, there are settings for Mail, like New Mail, Sent, etc. Why isn’t the VIP setting in Sounds? Is this over-thought? Like we think people will look in Mail for VIP settings. Or is it under-thought? Like we don’t realize these belong together.
